Locking Plate System for Fusion of the Tarsal Bones
The MetaCun™ / DuoMetaCun™ plates are unidirectional locking plates for the arthrodesis and osteotomy of the tarsal bones. Due to their curved shape and size the plates are well adapted to the individual anatomy of the dorsal midfoot. Intersecting k-wire holes allow safe temporary fixation of the plate and the osteotomy. The plate is fixed with Ø 3.5 mm MetaFix® LS locking screws whereby the conical, unidirectionally locking threads of screw and plate interlock without cold welding. The MetaCun™ / DuoMetaCun™ plate can be applied using the proven MetaFix® instruments.

- Fusion of the Lisfranc joint
- Fusion of the Talo-Navicular joint
- Fusion of the Naviculo-Cuneiforme joint
- (Fusion of the Calcaneo-Cuboid joint)
